SHIPPING POLICY– DELIVERY REQUIRMENTS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to have the proper equipment & manpower to unload their purchases for the delivery company or your product will not be unloaded.
- Must be able to receive up to a 40′ long delivery vehicle.
- Minimum overhead clearance 14′.
- Minimum road width 12′.
- Road base must be paved or gravel.
- No steep driveways.
- No tight curves/corners or switchbacks allowed.
- Bridges rated less than the delivery vehicles weight will not be crossed.
- Must have room for delivery vehicle to safely turn around.
- Interstate/highway leading to your location must be approved as a truck route by DOT (some roadways prohibit trucks and/or big rigs).
- It is at the delivery drivers discretion to deny delivery to your location if the above mentioned requirements are not met. If this occurs it will be at the buyers expense to have their product (s) delivered to an alternate location.
- Choose your delivery location carefully to avoid additional delivery fee’s.
- All additional delivery fee’s and/or accessorial charges is at the buyers expense.
- If access is limited to your location, consider arranging delivery to a local commercial location such as a hardware store or retail location that has the room and equipment (forklift) to receive your product (s).
